Stuffed artichoke hearts from the oven
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, pine nuts, artichoke hearts (tin a 400 g), olive oil, Parmesan cheese (piece), veal mince, white raisins, lemon zest, lemon juice, Italian kitchen herbs on oil, egg, salt and (freshly ground ) pepper.

Preheat oven to 175 ° C or gas oven 3.

Roast pine nuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

Rinse artichoke hearts and drain well.

Grease the baking dish with 1 tbsp oil.

Grate cheese grating.

Mix well in bowl mince, pine nuts, raisins, lemon zest and juice, culinary herbs, egg and half of cheese.

Season with salt and pepper.

Refresh artichokes and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fill artichoke hearts with minced meat.

Spread artichokes with about 2 tbsp oil and place them in a baking dish.

Pour the water into the baking dish and fry artichokes for about 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the rest of cheese over it and bake artichokes for about 10 minutes..
