A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: mini mozzarella and mini pickle.

Directions

  1. Slice the pointed side of the cucumber a bit and open this 'mouth' with a skewer.
  2. Cut out two half moons as eyes and make large crocodile pupils of raisins.
  3. Cut a large rectangle from the middle of the crocodile; this becomes his back (let the belly sit). Cut the cut cucumber into cubes.
  4. Put the cucumber crocodile away just as coolly.
  5. Make skewers in different combinations: mozzarella with a slice of gherkin and an onion.
