Divide the cucumber into pieces.

Ris the needles of the sprig of rosemary.

Peel the apple and cut into pieces.

Puree the cucumber with the rosemary needles, the apple and the lemon juice.

Pour the apple juice and mix.

Divide the ice cubes over 4 glasses or coupes.
