Cucumber-radish gazpacho
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: cucumbers, radish (cleaned), horseradish (jar 140 g), Greek yogurt (natural (170 g)), mint ((15 g), only the leaves), ice cubes, white cheese ((a 150 g) and in cubes).

Cut the unpeeled cucumbers into pieces and put in the blender. Cut 4 radishes into wafer-thin slices and keep separate. Put the rest in the blender. Add the horseradish, yogurt, half of the fresh mint and ice cubes and blender in 1 min. Until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the soup into 4 bowls. Divide the cheese cubes over the soup and put the slices of radish on them. Cut the rest of the fresh mint into strips and sprinkle over the soup. Tasty with jumbo shrimp (125g container) for an extra filled soup, and multigrain baguette.
