Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut the flesh into strips. Cut the carrot into long thin slices and then cut them into thin strips of about 5 cm long.

Place the cucumber flat on a chopping board and cut on one side with a cheese slicer 5 slices of the cucumber. Turn the cucumber over and cut 5 slices of the cucumber. The middle part with seeds is not used.
