Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, divide the cauliflower into small florets. Cook for 4 minutes, drain and drain well in a colander.

Let the lentils drain in the meantime. Peel and grate the ginger. Slice the coriander.

Mix the lentils, ginger, coriander, minced meat, egg, pepper and salt in a bowl. Turn small balls with moist hands.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in 8 min. Around golden brown and done. Times regularly.

Take the balls out of the pan with a slotted spoon and keep warm under a plate.

Add the curry to the remaining shortening and fruit for 2 minutes. Add the cauliflower and coconut milk and heat for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the raisins through the rice and place the balls in the curry.
