Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, divide the cauliflower into small florets. Cook for 4 minutes, drain and drain well in a colander.

Let the lentils drain in the meantime. Peel and grate the ginger. Slice the coriander.

Mix the lentils, ginger, coriander, minced meat, egg, pepper and salt in a bowl. Turn small balls with moist hands.
