Chop the onion. Chop the garlic. Puree the pineapple pieces in the food processor or blender. Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the onion and garlic. Stir in the curry powder and heat until it smells nice. Stir in the pineapple puree and warm gently.

Put this mixture in a bowl and allow to cool. Stir in the mayonnaise and yogurt and season with salt and pepper.
