Spicy curry rice with chicken and pineapple.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil and stir fry the chicken breast cubes in portions around brown. Take them out of the pan.
  2. Add the curry powder to the shortening and fry the onion in low heat and golden yellow in about 5 minutes.
  3. Dissolve the bouillon cube in 500 ml of boiling water. Add the rice, chicken and stock to the onions and stir well.
  4. Add any more boiling water until the rice is just below. Bring to a boil and place the lid on the pan. Let it cook for about 8 minutes.
  5. Pour the pineapple through and leave for another 2 minutes.
