Pork fillet with cranberry sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes ((roseval), unpeeled and in slices), broccoli florets, sereh (lemongrass), orange juice, honey, cranberries, sunflower oil, pork fillet (in slices), light soy sauce and chestnut mushrooms (halved).

Potatoes in 15 min.

Just boil.

Broccoli florets in colander hang over potatoes and let broccoli covered.

cut lemon grass in half lengthwise and cut into coarse pieces.

Bring orange juice with lemon grass and honey to the boil in a saucepan and reduce briefly.

Stir in cranberries and cover them over low heat for about 8 minutes (as soon as berries break, take a pan of fire).
