Curry sausage with broccoli and toasted almond shavings

Put the potatoes in a large pan of water with salt, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes until done.

In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the almonds on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Scoop out of the pan on a plate and let cool.

Sprinkle the veal sauces with the curry powder and cut the sausages four times.

Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the sausages over medium heat in 8 min. Brown.

Meanwhile, bring a large pan of water with salt, if necessary, to the boil. Divide the broccoli into the same florets and cook for 4 minutes.

Drain the broccoli and leave with the lid on the pan until use. In the meantime, finely chop the chives.

Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat, but do not let it boil.

Drain the potatoes and puree together with the milk and oil with the puree mash.

Mix the chives with the puree and season with pepper. Divide the puree, curry and broccoli over the plates.

Sprinkle the broccoli with the almonds and serve.
