Cutlets with salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, eggs, mashed potatoes (with butter (450 g)), olive oil, wienerschnitzels (2 dishes a 2 pieces), endive (400 g), onions (chopped) and mayonnaise.

Boil the eggs hard in about 7 minutes.

Let them scare under cold water, peel them and cut into slices.

Prepare the mash according to the instructions on the package in the microwave or heat in a frying pan.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the cutlets in approx.

Turn constantly.

Put the endive in a bowl.

Add the onion and mayonnaise and mix well.

Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the egg over the endive and spread over 4 plates.

Serve with the schnitzels and mashed potatoes.
