Pour the dates and put them together with the banana, grated coconut and cocoa powder in a food processor.

Grab a large knife, finely chop the almonds and add them to the rest of the ingredients. Grind everything fine.

Make balls of the size of a cherry tomato. Roll the balls through the extra shredded coconut. Store in the refrigerator until use.
