Delicious bits with celeriac-mashed potatoes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, custard (frozen), celeriac, crumbly potatoes (peeled (450 g)), semi-skimmed milk, scraped carrots (500 g), fresh chives (a 25 g), capers (a 100 g) ), French fries sauce (bottle of 400 ml) and vegetable oil.

Sprinkle the fries.

Peel celeriac and cut into 2 x 2 cm cubes.

Boil with potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes.

Drain and puree with milk.

Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, boil the roots al dente and drain.

Coarse mashed by puree.

Mix chives and capers in a food processor or with a hand blender with French fries.

Quickly bite fastenings in some oil and cut into pieces.
