Soak the bread in the milk for about 10 minutes and finely chop it with a fork.

Knead the bread with the Worcester sauce, ketchup, shallot, a good pinch of salt and pepper through all the minced meat.

Divide the minced meat into 4 portions and form burgers. Leave covered in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
