Soak the bread in the milk for about 10 minutes and finely chop it with a fork.

Knead the bread with the Worcester sauce, ketchup, shallot, a good pinch of salt and pepper through all the minced meat.

Divide the minced meat into 4 portions and form burgers. Leave covered in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Stir in the pickle, capers, onion and mayonnaise. Season with pepper. Bake the rolls in the oven according to the instructions on the packaging.
