Savory pancakes with mushrooms
Pancakes with cream cheese and mushrooms, served with a salad with pear and honey-mustard dressing.

Peel and chop the onion. Brush the mushrooms clean and cut into parts. Heat the margarine in the frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes. Stir the cream cheese through the mushrooms and warm for a few minutes.

Wash the pears, cut into quarters and remove the core. Cut the slices into slices. Mix the pear with lettuce and dressing.

Heat the pancakes according to the instructions on the package. Spread out the pancakes and fill them with the largest part of the mushroom mixture. Roll up the pancakes and place 2 pancakes on each plate.

Garnish with the rest of the mushroom mixture. Serve with salad.
