Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Grate the orange skin of the clean-scented orange. Squeeze out the fruit.

Mix the grater, juice, crema di balsamic vinegar, oil and marmalade in the baking dish.

Marinate the chicken drumsticks for 30 minutes in the marinade. Spoon after 15 minutes. Put the baking dish in the oven for about 35 minutes.
