Duck breast fillet with ginger


A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, duck breast fillet, egg, soy sauce (light), dry sherry, cornstarch, bamboo shoots (227 g), fresh ginger root, oil, sugar, poultry meat and spinach (ready to cook).

Directions

  1. Dough breast fillet with skin cut into thin slices.
  2. Divide egg and whisk the egg whites in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sherry, cornstarch and pepper to taste.
  3. Peel the slices of duck breast fillet over and leave for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain bamboo shoots in sieve.
  5. Ginger root peel and coarsely grate.
  6. Heat up wok oil and stir-fry duck on high heat for 2 minutes.
  7. Create on plate.
  8. Bake 1 minute in wok ginger.
  9. Add bamboo shoots, sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sherry and fond.
  10. Bring to the boil.
  11. Pour the slices of duck and spinach through and simmer for 1 minute until spinach has shrunk.
  12. Serve with rice..
