Duck breast with blackberries
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, duck breast fillets, salt, freshly ground pepper, shallot, blackberries (200 g Jonker Fris), medium dry sherry or white port, wild fondue (`380 ml AH), thyme and cold butter.

Allow duck breast fillets to reach room temperature.
