Oval meatballs
A nice Turkish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, rice, onion, minced beef, allspice, paprika powder mild, salt, (freshly ground) pepper, parsley, egg (M), flour and olive oil.

In pan with plenty of water, cook according to instructions and cook until drained (do not allow rest time). Meanwhile, peel and cut. Mix mince, rice, onion, allspice, paprika, salt and pepper. Parsley above it finely cut. Add the egg and knead completely into a smooth mixture. Use 2 tablespoons of minced meat to make 12 oval meatballs, press firmly. Store in a refrigerator until used.

Sprinkle flour into deep plate and turn meatballs through. Heat oil in pan. Chop minced meat and brown and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Serve with wedges of lemon. Tasty with rice and tomato salad with oregano.
