Duck breast with fried grapes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, seedless grapes, duck breast fillets (about 600 g), salt, (freshly ground) pepper, butter or margarine, vanilla sugar and red port.

Wash the grapes, take the bunch and pat dry with paper towels.

Dill in a piece of duck breast fillets with sharp knife pattern.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fry half of butter in frying pan.

Baste duck breasts for about 5 minutes with skin side down.

Turn over and bake for approx.

5 minutes.

Remove fillets from pan and wrap in aluminum foil.

Heat the rest of the butter in large saucepan and fry the grapes light brown on medium heat.

Stir in vanilla sugar, port and 2 tablespoons of water and bring to a boil.

Sprinkle with pepper.

Chop the duck breast fillets into thin slices and spread them over four warm plates.

Put grapes in sauce over it..
