A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pasta (linguine (500 g)), olive oil, shrimps (large raw (500 g, frozen), thawed), garlic (sliced), fresh ginger (peeled and finely chopped), dried chilli powder (ground), butter, rocket (75 g) and lime (in slices).

Cook the linguine according to the instructions on the package.

Let the pasta drain well in a colander after cooking.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan with a non-stick coating on medium heat.

Fry the prawns for 1 minute, season with salt and pepper.

Add the garlic, the ginger and the chili powder and fry for another minute.

Add the butter and turn the heat down completely.

Spoon the arugula and the drained linguine through the spicy shrimp mixture and keep shoveling until all strings are covered with a layer of ginger garlic oil.
