Grilled chicken fillet with coconut sauce and spicy yogurt
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, Greek yogurt, fresh mint (finely chopped), olive oil, garlic (pressed), red onions (chopped), dried pepper, serech gel (lemongrass), fresh ginger root (in slices), coconut milk, ground cumin (djinten) and chicken fillets.

Mix yogurt in bowl with fresh mint, add salt and pepper to taste.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in saucepan and add garlic, onion and crumbled pepper.

Cook for 1 min completely on low heat.

Add lemon grass, ginger, coconut milk, cumin and 1/2 tsp salt.

Cook for 15 min.

Covered over low heat.

Heat up the grill pan.

Spread chicken fillets with 2 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Chicken fillets in 10 min.

Golden brown and cooked, half-turn.

Remove lemon grass and ginger from coconut sauce.

Serve chicken breasts with coconut sauce and yoghurt..
