Duo fig roll with almonds and apricots or chocolate
Homemade role of figs, almonds, apricots and chocolate for the drink.

Cut the figs into pieces. Grind the figs, Chinese five spice, honey and water in the food processor until a firm dough is formed.

Finely chop the almonds and the apricots and chocolate.

Mix the almonds with the fig mixture and then divide into 2 halves.

Mix the apricots through half of the fig mixture and the chocolate through the other half.

Knead with wet hands both mixtures into a coherent whole and make 2 rolls with a ∅ of 4 cm.

Roll in cling film and put in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

Cut into slices and serve eg with a cheese plate with a glass of port or red wine.
