Dutch balls and rösties
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato rösties (600 g), olive oil, Dutch meatballs (about 380 g), eggs, spinach ((300 g), crops), cucumber (in slices) and mustard-dill dressing (bottle 250 ml).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Spread the rösties over a griddle covered with parchment paper and bake for approx. 20 min. Golden brown and crunchy. Turn halfway.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs in about 10 minutes until golden brown and done.
