Dutch bean stew with bacon


Beef dish with thin bacon strips, stir-fry mushroom, silver onions, bean mix, tomato cubes and raisins.

Directions

  1. Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the bacon strips in 4 min. On medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the stir-fry vegetable and cook for another 4 minutes. Change regularly.
  3. Drain the silver onions and bean mix and add to the pan together with the tomato cubes and raisins.
  4. Spoon and leave on low heat for 5 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
