Macaroni al forno
Macaroni dish from the oven with minced beef, pasta sauce, onions, cannelini beans, crème fraîche and Grana Padano cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion 1 min. Add the minced meat and fry in 4 min.

Spoon the pasta sauce with the drained beans through and heat for another 5 minutes.

Grate the Grano Padano cheese. Mix the crème fraîche with half of the cheese and salt and pepper.

Grease the oven dish. Spoon the pasta through the minced meat sauce and place in the baking dish. Divide the cream mixture and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

Bake the macaroni dish in the preheated oven in 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
