Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken in about 4 to 5 minutes around brown. In the meantime, put the couscous in a bowl, pour the water on it and let it soak for about 5 minutes.

Add the vegetable dish to the chicken cubes and bake for about 10 minutes on a high heat. Bake the veggie couscous with the vegetables and chicken for the last minute.

Meanwhile, bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan. Prepare the curry sauce according to the instructions on the package. Spread the couscous and curry sauce over the plates and garnish with elite oats.
