Herb tagliatelle with haricots verts and ham
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic, traditional olive oil, fresh haricots verts, fresh tagliatelle all erbe and york ham.

Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and gently fry the garlic and sage for 2 minutes.

Halve the cherry tomatoes. Put them through and simmer for 3 minutes on low heat. Remove the pan from the heat.

Meanwhile, bring plenty of water to the boil in a large pan. Boil the beans for 4 minutes. Add the tagliatelle and cook for 4 minutes.

Spoon a few tablespoons of cooking liquid from the pasta with the tomatoes. Drain the tagliatelle and let the pasta glide back into the pan with beans.

Spoon the tomatoes with the ham through the pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
