Dutch meal salad with mackerel

Halve the potatoes. Boil them in water with salt in 8 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Peel them and cut into pieces.

Meanwhile, remove the skin from the mackerel fillet and divide into small pieces.

Beat the dijonnaise smooth with the water and pepper. Cut the spring onion into slanted rings.

Divide the butterhead lettuce over the plates. Divide the raw vegetables, potatoes, egg wedges, mackerel fillet and spring onions over the lettuce.

Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with the cress.
