Dutch meal soup with potato and smoked sausage


Soup of a fresh package of vegetable soup with red-skinned potatoes, smoked sausage and stir-fry vegetables.

Directions

  1. Prepare the vegetable soup according to the instructions on the packaging (but without vermicelli) and add the water.
  2. Clean the red-skinned potatoes, cut them into cubes of 1 cm and add to the soup. Let cook for 8 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the smoked sausage finely into slices. Add the Dutch stir-fry vegetables and the slices of sausage for the last 5 minutes.
  4. Let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve in deep plates or bowls.
