Spaghetti with tuna steak
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, spaghetti, tomatoes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, black olives without seeds, tuna steaks in spring water (alupack, a 120 g) and capers.
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions.
Cut tomatoes into slices.
Dressing of 2 tbsp olive oil, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
Give dressing over tomatoes.
Garlic peel and chop.
Olives coarsely chop.
Heat residual oil in frying pan.
Spread tuna steaks with salt and pepper and bake for 4 minutes.
Remove tuna from the pan and keep it warm.
Add to cooking fat garlic, olives and capers and heat briefly.
Bake cooking fat through spaghetti.
Serve tuna with spaghetti and tomato salad..
