A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potato slices (700 g), oil, onion (coarsely chopped), Dutch (wok vegetables (400 g)), zucchini (in half slices), capuchin (young green (400 g, frozen)) and vegetable balls (210 g).

Directions

  1. Fry the potato slices in the oil for about 10 minutes according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Add the onion chips and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add the wok vegetable, zucchini and green capuchin and stir-fry for about 4 minutes. Add the vegetable balls and stir-fry 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve the Dutch vegetable tray on 4 plates.
