Asian meal salad
Salad of cauliflower rice, tofu stir fry strips, soy sauce, red cabbage, lime and avocado.
Heat a skillet without oil or butter and toast the sesame seed for 3 minutes. Allow to cool on a plate.
Meanwhile, heat oil in another frying pan and stir fry the tofu soups with the soy sauce over medium heat in 4 min. Until crispy.
Divide the cauliflower rice on a large dish and sprinkle with the red cabbage.
Clean the lime. Grate the green skin of the lime in a bowl, halve and squeeze the fruit.
Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut into slices lengthwise.
Sprinkle with lime juice and spread over the salad.
Make a dressing of the rest of the oil, the rest of the soy sauce and the rest of the lime juice in the bowl with lime grater.
Season with pepper. Sprinkle the salad with the dressing, divide the tofu sprouts over it and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
