Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Spoon the cubes of celeriac with the ginger, garlic, sesame, honey and 2 tablespoons of ketjapmarinadeen spread over the baking sheet. Bake in the middle of the oven in about 20 minutes brown and done.
  2. In the meantime, cook the rice for 1 minute less than according to the instructions on the packaging and drain in a sieve.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the meat with the red pepper and the rest of the sweet soy sauce top a high brown.
  4. Add the rice and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
  5. Scoop the spring onions and serve with the celeriac.
