Mediterranean meal soup with pangasius
Well-stuffed soup with pangasius fillet, leeks and chorizo

Heat 1 tbsp oil from the pot of paprika in a soup pan and let the peppers drain in a colander. Fry the chorizo, oregano and leeks for 2 minutes on a high heat.

Meanwhile cut the peppers into strips and let the lentils drain. Add the peppers with the passata, lentils and water to the chorizo mixture.

Bring to boil. Let the soup cook for 8 minutes on medium heat. Stir frequently.

In the meantime cut the fish into pieces and add to the soup. Let the soup boil for another 4 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
