Directions

  1. Boil the eggs gently in approx. 6 min., Semi-soft in approx. 7 min. Or hard in approx. 8 min. Leave in cold running water.
  2. Cut the bagels in half and grill them with the cutting edge down in a frying pan without oil or butter or in a toaster.
  3. Brush the bagels with the dairy spread. Divide the salmon over the lower halves and garnish with the dill. Place the top halves on it.
  4. Halve the eggs. Place the eggs in the opening of the bagels and serve immediately. Bon appétit! .
