Egg in a jar
A tasty recipe. The breakfast contains the following ingredients: poultry, basil, smoked chicken strips (duopak approx. 180 g), salt, (freshly ground) pepper, eggs (medium), Greek yoghurt (box 150 g), nutmeg, Parmesan cheese (freshly grated) and olive oil ( extra virgin).

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C or gas oven 3.

Finely chop the basil.

Thinly grease jars with 1/2 tbsp oil.

Divide half of basil and chicken strips over jars.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over it.

Break eggs above it.

Season the Greek yogurt with salt, pepper and nutmeg and create eggs.

Divide the remaining portion of chicken strips and basil.
-
Sprinkle cheese over it and drizzle oil over it.

Place jars in roasting pan and fill roasting pan with a layer of boiling water.

Let the eggs solidify in the middle of oven in 15 to 18 minutes..
