Directions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Let them scald under cold water, peel them and cut into small pieces.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, crème fraiche and mustard. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the spring onion into thin rings and the cherry tomatoes in quarter lengthwise.
