Endive salad with gorgonzola
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: endives (in bars), plums (500 g), olive oil, garlic (chopped), mushrooms ((400 g), sliced), honey, vinegar, Gorgonzola (cheese and 185 g).

Put the endive in a bowl. Halve the plums, remove the kernel and cut the halves in half. Add to the endive and scoop.

Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the garlic 1 min. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Change regularly. Meanwhile, make a dressing of the honey, vinegar, 3 tbsp oil and salt and pepper.

Add the mushrooms and Gorgonzola to the endive salad and scoop with the dressing. Tasty with grilled chicken breast and baguette.
