Endive with gorgonzola
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: endive steaks (about 200 g), olive oil and gorgonzola (cheese).

Season the endive and let it drain.

Sprinkle stumps into 2 equal parts.

Cut small piece of underside of stump, but leave leaves on stump.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in large frying pan.

2 Half stalks of endive for about 1 min.

Turn on stumps and bake 2 min.

On the other side until leaves are almost done.

Place stumps with cutting edge side by side in a baking dish.

In the same way, bake 2 stalks of endive and place in a baking dish.

Gorgonzola crumble above it.

Place the dish for about 3 minutes under hot grill and melt cheese..
