A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: endive steaks (about 200 g), olive oil and gorgonzola (cheese).

Directions

  1. Season the endive and let it drain.
  2. Sprinkle stumps into 2 equal parts.
  3. Cut small piece of underside of stump, but leave leaves on stump.
  4. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  5. Heat 1 tbsp oil in large frying pan.
  6. 2 Half stalks of endive for about 1 min.
  7. Turn on stumps and bake 2 min.
  8. On the other side until leaves are almost done.
  9. Place stumps with cutting edge side by side in a baking dish.
  10. In the same way, bake 2 stalks of endive and place in a baking dish.
  11. Gorgonzola crumble above it.
  12. Place the dish for about 3 minutes under hot grill and melt cheese..
