Exotic cocktail of kaki fruit
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: kaki fruit, lemon juice, coconut liqueur (liqueur), whipped cream, cinnamon, sugar and fresh mint.

Dip the fruits for 10 counts in boiling water and pull off the skins.

Cut the flesh into segments and scoop them into a bowl. Spoon the lime juice and liqueur well through the fruits. Allow the fruit to cool well in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Divide the fruit over 4 glasses. Beat the whipped cream with the cinnamon and the sugar thick liquid. Divide the cream over the glasses and garnish with a leaf of mint if necessary.
