Exotic strawberry sundae with champagne


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: strawberries, lime, fresh sereh (lemongrass), fresh ginger root, vanilla pod, sugar, orange liqueur (liquorice), scoops of sorbet ice (lemon) and cold champagne or sparkling white wine.

Directions

  1. Dry strawberries, remove droppings and remove crowns. Lime clean poles and cut off half of the skin very thinly. Cut thin, long strips from the rest of skin 4 for garnishing. Lime squeezing.
