Fajitasbowl with fried shrimps and pita bread

Directions

  1. Halve the peppers and remove the stalk and seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes of 1 cm.
  2. Cut the avocados half way through. Remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into cubes.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
  4. Roast the pita bread in the toaster. Halve the pita bread lengthwise and cut each half into dots.
  5. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the shrimp for 1 min. On a high heat.
  6. Add the spice mix and water, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes on low heat.
  7. Divide the lettuce, vegetables, shrimps and pita bits over the deep plates.
  8. Serve with the sour cream.
