Cook the pasta al dente.

Heat the oil and fry the onion and anchovies for about 3 minutes. Add the pasta sauce and oregano and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the tuna and olives, warm evenly and season with salt and pepper.

Drain the farfalle, scoop back in the pan and stir in the pasta sauce. Add half of the arugula and let it shrink a little.

Serve with the Parmesan cheese and the rest of the arugula.
