Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
-
Cut the salmon into 4 pieces and cut the zucchini into thin slices. Cut the green from the leek and cut the rest into thin rings.
-
Cut or tear 4 sheets of baking paper of 30 x 40 cm. Grease the center of each sheet with a quarter of the butter per sheet.
-
Divide the leeks over the sheets of baking paper and place the pieces of salmon on them.
-
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover with the zucchini slices. Divide the rest of the butter into pieces over the zucchini.
-
Fold the top of the paper 3 times double. Now close one side like a toffee. Pour some white wine into each package and turn it too close.
-
Place the packages on a baking tray and bake them in the oven for about 12 minutes.
-
Remove from the oven and let stand for a while. Open the packages at the table. Beware, because steam can come out.
-
