A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tilapia fillets (fish), pine nuts, garlic (finely chopped), dried Italian culinary herbs, extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes (Tasty Tom), fresh basil (15 g), ciabatta (bread) and in pieces ).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 ºC.
  2. Rub the fish fillets with salt and pepper and place them side by side on an oven baking tray.
  3. Chop the pine nuts coarsely and mix them in a bowl with the garlic, Italian herbs, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  4. Spread this mixture over the fish fillets and slide the baking sheet into the oven.
  5. Let the fish light and cook in 3-5 minutes, the fillets do not need to be turned.
  6. In the meantime cut the tomatoes into slices and place them on four plates.
  7. Sprinkle the tomatoes with salt and pepper and drizzle the rest of the olive oil over it.
  8. Tear the basil leaves coarse and spread them over the tomatoes.
  9. Place the grilled fish fillet on the tomatoes and serve with the ciabatta..
