Tartlet with paprika and goat cheese


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, soft goat cheese (without honey), onions, three color peppers, garlic, (olive) oil, minced meat (about 300 g), Provençal (herbs (pot a 15 g)) and potato slices (700 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. 2/3 of goat cheese cut into large pieces, rest in small pieces.
  3. Peel onions and cut into rings.
  4. Clean peppers and cut into rings.

  14. Sprinkle with pepper and Provençal herbs to taste.
  15. Warm in the middle of a hot oven for about 15 minutes..
