Drain the corn. Drain the mackerel fillets, collect the moisture, and divide the fish into pieces.

Stir in a dressing of mayonnaise, mustard and mackerel and season with salt and pepper.

Clean the peppers and cut into thin strips. Cut the cucumber into strips and the spring onion in rings.

Mix the peppers, cucumber, spring onions and lamb's lettuce with the corn and the dressing and gently spoon in the mackerel. Serve the salad.
