Farfalle with smoked salmon sauce and broccoli


Easy to make recipe for pasta with broccoli and salmon. Nice to serve with arugula.

Directions

  1. In a pastaan, bring plenty of water to the boil with salt. Boil the broccoli for 2 minutes in the water. Scoop with a slotted spoon in the colander and rinse under cold water to stop the process. Cook pasta in the same pan for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
  2. Chop the onion. Fry the onion gently in a frying pan in the oil for 2 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche and the water. Add the salmon pieces and broccoli florets and gently heat for another 5 minutes. Bring top taste with pepper and possibly salt.
  3. Spoon the arugula, oil, lemon juice and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  4. Drain the pasta. Stir in the rest of the oil, salt and pepper. Spread the pasta over the hot plates, spoon the sauce and serve with arugula.
