Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Chop the onion finely. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the minced meat and fry and brown in 3 min.
  3. Pour the passata into the pan and heat for 1-2 minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste.

  6. Repeat until all the lasagne sheets are empty. Finish with a layer of sauce and divide the remaining pepper strips and the mozzarella.
  7. Sprinkle with the thyme and pepper and salt to taste. Fry the lasagne in 25-30 minutes. Brown and done.
