Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Chop the onion finely. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the minced meat and fry and brown in 3 min.

Pour the passata into the pan and heat for 1-2 minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste.

Drain the peppers, then cut into strips. Grease an oven dish and pour a little meat sauce in it, cover with lasagne sheets.

Again, create a layer of sauce and spread strips of pepper over it. Cover with lasagne sheets.

Repeat until all the lasagne sheets are empty. Finish with a layer of sauce and divide the remaining pepper strips and the mozzarella.
